The World Test Championship Final:

The inaugural World Test Championship final is scheduled to be played from June 18 to 22 at the Ageas Bowl Stadium in Southampton. The match will conclude the two-year cycle of the 2019-21 World Test Championship. India finished at the highest of the WTC points table with a PCT of 72.2, followed by New Zealand which ended at 70.
The Practice Match Of India:
The Indian team is training hard for the ultimate of the World Test Championship(WTC) against New Zealand at Southampton starting on June 18. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has tweeted another video of Virat Kohli and therefore the remainder of the team practising within the nets at the bottom adjacent to Ageas Bowl Stadium. Cheteshwar Pujara, Ajinkya Rahane, Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant, and skipper Kohli were seen hitting hard within the nets. Bowlers too had their intense session- Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami, and Ravichandran Ashwin were seen bowling within the nets.
Test Victory By New Zealand Before WTC Final:
The opposition New Zealand had played two test matches against England and won the series (1-0).
They showed their intense character in the first test match but unfortunately, the test match was drawn due to rain.
They played their second match game against England, where their captain Williamson is out with an injury. Opener Tom Latham is leading the Kiwi side in the absence of their regular skipper and got the victory comfortably.
